I want to dye my hair then at the same day, highlight my hair. Is this dangerous in any way? Will my hair fall out? Or is it completely safe?

I used to work in a hair salon and this was done all the time. You have risk of damaging your hair, no matter what you do to it. It also depends how light you want them. The lighter they are, the more bleach they have to use, therefore the more damage. But yes...achieving both in the same day is possible. After a week, go back and just get a deep treatment if it does look a little fried to you.

Your hair will not fall out. But if you're getting it chemically straightened or permed or if this was done recently, then you may experience some hair fall-out. Also, if you're going to a good salon, they'll know what they're doing and won't ruin your hair.

colouring your hair that much will mess it up. dye it first then leave it a week and keep useing hair treatmants then have your highlights done

it should be fine, but you might want to have it done by a professional, just to make sure. your hair won't fall out, but it will need a little extra care afterwards. V05 hot oil is really good for conditioning your hair, and so is the garnier fructis 3-minute masque. i also recommend getting a leave-in conditioner.

You can do this is you are not using too harsh of a product. Go to a professional colorist. Have you considered low lights instead?

I bleached and dyed my hair the same day, my hair turned out fine. But it depends on the product ingredients and the strength and texture of the person's hair.
