So about a week or sooo ago i went to go do some highlights in my hair .. but when the lady was done it didn't show any.. i just let it sit.. (just cuz i didn't wanna get my hair soo damage if i went the next day) so i finally went back today and told her if she could re do it.. wich she did BUT. she only did the highlights on top %26amp; on one side.. Now i really don't like it at all and just wanna re-dye my hair drk brown or black im thinking boout doing it wednesday but idk if that's too soon.. can anyone give me some advice i'll appreciate it! =)

i had the same problem. what i did was i got foils the lst time the girl did it was really good, then when i re-did my re-growth it was a completely different shade of blonde then the first one so it start off with this bright blonde and then a Golden blonde. i hated it so now i dyed it a chocolate brown which was the best thing I've done it loooks so good. i love it, you should do the same thing =)

oh you can dye it anytime, you dont have to wait. i used a wash out just to see how it would look.

you can use a dark toner to bring it down a couple of levels, or to even it out.

redken shades eq is a conditioning semi-permanent dye, which leaves no visible roots, and is not damaging to the hair.

If you are going to deposit color you can do that asap... if you are putting bleach in it or anything to lighten it I would wait 5 weeks or so until your hair gets stronger.
